On real commercial projects across a number of trades, Matrak has produced full BOQs with zero clicks: you drop your drawings in — or pull them straight from Procore, Autodesk or Aconex — and the AI reads them, marks them up and measures them into a Bill of Quantities. AI output is inherently variable and depends on your documents and instructions, so we don't guarantee every run needs no input — every number is shown marked up for you to verify, and the built-in tools make tweaks fast.
How accurate are Matrak's AI takeoffs?
It depends on the documents you give it and what you ask for — accuracy varies with drawing quality and trade. Every measurement is shown marked up on the drawing so you can check it, the built-in tools make fixes fast, you can trigger a full re-run, and up to an hour of human-estimator time is included if you'd like our team to help (estimating work beyond that hour is quoted at standard takeoff rates).
Which trades does Matrak cover?
